Cortez
About the Job
A powerful and well-connected criminal figure who moves effortlessly between San Diego's criminal underworld and wealthy social circles. Impeccably dressed and socially polished, he initially presents as charming, confident, and even jovial. Beneath the charm is someone who understands power and knows exactly how to manipulate the people around him. His warmth can disappear instantly when he senses dishonesty. Cortez expects loyalty and obedience and has little patience for betrayal. His seemingly casual interactions carry an underlying threat that becomes increasingly difficult to ignore.
